The purpose of the Southwest Michigan Rehab Foundation (SWMRF) is to provide financial assistance for ill or disabled persons who do not have insurance, cannot acquire aid from other public programs or are otherwise unable to afford medical or adaptive equipment, supplies, and special services such as a driver's evaluation and training.
